Commission TOS
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service listed below.THIS INCLUDES MY TOS AND ADDITIONAL PRICES INFORMATION / GENERAL INFORMATION
>Payment (Dollars/Pounds/etc) Are done via CashApp [£MrsAmnesia], Gift cards, Fiverr, Artistree, Kofi, and Nitro. (Gift cards are mainly limited to Amazon but this can be negotiated)> Commercial fees will be charged if you plan to sell or profit from my work>Payment (Robux) Group funds or purchasing my gamepass>Won't draw nsfw (Mild/soft gore is Fine)>Suggestive poses are fine>Payment first (I'm happy to do a sketch first if this makes you comfortable, but i won't continue further without payment).>Refunds aren't accepted>I have the right to decline your commission>Do not purchase gamepass or pay me before i have directly told you i will take your commission. You will NOT get refunded if you ignore this.>Updates WILL be provided to you. You have the right to request an update.>Payment is done PER CHARACTER>I will not accept commissions that have hateful intet, Anti LGBT, misogynist, or involve some variation of hate speech. (Or overall makes me uncomfortalbe)
>Don't be pushy or rude; your commission may be declined.>If your commission, for whatever reason, is declined by myself during the process (If you were very rude, Threatening, made me uncomfortable, etc), you will receive half a refund at most (depending on how much work i had done)
ADDITIONAL PAYMETS / CHARGES
Detailed Backgrounds, NSFW, VTUBER MODELS, Reference Sheets, character designs and pngtubers
> Nsfw commissions are an additional $20 to $40 per character (Depending on how complicated it is). i.e a nsfw fullbody would be 60 + 20, costing 80 all together.>Designing your character If you don't have an existing character but want me to create one with info and or images you provide, that will fall under this!
Headshots have an additional charge of $15-20, Half bodies $35-40 and fullbodies $50-65. (Prices vary depending on how complex your wanted design may be.>Complicated, or varied backgrounds you'll be charged an extra $30-$50. (Prices vary depending on complexity)
$15- $30 charge for extra accessories. (Prices vary depending on complexity)> Png Tubers are just the normal price of whatever you're getting and how much you are getting + $20. (Example) You, as a minimum, normally have 4 images. (Mouth Closed Eyes closed, Mouth closed eyes open, mouth open eyes closed, mouth open eyes open); If this was a headshot, it would only cost $30 plus the $20. That is just for a normal, open and closed eyes and mouth. Though if you wanted another set of 4 but with a different pose, that'd be what you're getting + 20 as well.>Animations are done how i do my own animations, However if focused/heavy shading and lighting details is wanted, this will impact your pricing.>Prices are Per Character (Excluding Animation Memes, which are hourly payed based)
